Miladin Milošević, Acting Director of the Archives of Yugoslavia, visited the Republic of Indonesia from 13 to 17 March 2013. The purpose of his visit was to sign the Memorandum of Understanding in archival cooperation between the Archives of Yugoslavia from the Republic of Serbia and the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia. On behalf of the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia the MoU was signed by Director General Asichin. The signing of the Memorandum, which took place in Jakarta on 13 March 2013, was attended by the Secretary General of the Ministry of Administrative Reforms of the Republic of Indonesia, as well as by Indonesian Ambassador to the Republic of Serbia H.E. Mr Semuel Samson, Serbian Ambassador to the Republic of Indonesia H.E. Mr  Jovan Jovanović, political advisor with the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Belgrade Mr  Gulton, and head of the Administrative and Archive Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Mr Ranko Milić.

During his visit to the Republic of Indonesia Mr Milošević was received by President Sukarno’s granddaughter, Ms Puan Maharani, and gave her the copies of President Sukarno’s letters to President of Yugoslavia Tito. Ms Puan Maharani thanked him in writing   for this present.
