Ambassador and Executive Secretary of the Center of Nonaligned Movement for Technical Cooperation Mr. Diar Nurbintoro and Assistant Manager for programs in this institution from Jakarta Mrs. Niken Supraba, visited the Archives of Yugoslavia on October 12, 2021. Mrs. Ary Adiati Second Secretary for Culture and Information and Social Matters of the Embassy of Indonesia as well as Eni Diponegoro from the Embassy of Indonesia accompanied this delegation. Director of the Archives of Yugoslavia Mr. Milan Terzić hosted this delegation and Ranka Radjenović Archival Advisor participated in conversation. Center of the Nonaligned Movement for Technical Cooperation, as Mr. Nurbintoro explained, was founded at the XI Summit of the Leaders of the States or Governments of Nonaligned Countries that was held in Cartagena, Colombia in October 1995 with its aim to promote capacity of the Nonaligned Movement. Since there is a great number of researchers among the members of the Nonaligned Movement that very often apply to the Center with the question dealing with the First Conference of Nonaligned Countries held in Belgrade in 1961, the purpose of the visit to the Archives of Yugoslavia was to learn about conditions and techniques of eventual obtaining copies of documents in order to contribute to the research work. Mr. Terzić explained that the copies of the documents can be obtained upon submitted request without signing the special contract between two institutions and at the end of the visit , several letters preserved in one of the fonds of the Archives of Yugoslavia that had been exchanged between two presidents , Sukarno and Tito were presented to the delegation.
