Name: "When and where does the protection of archival material begin – Implementation of the SRPS ISO 15489 standard"
Forum TO PRESERVE AND SHARE MEMORY WITH OTHERS "WHEN AND WHERE DOES THE PROTECTION OF ARCHIVAL MATERIAL BEGIN – IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SRPS ISO 15489 STANDARD" is the title of the second session of the forum "TO PRESERVE AND SHARE MEMORY WITH OTHERS". The session of the forum was held on 16th April 2010 in the amphitheater of the Archives of Yugoslavia, according to the established agenda and in the presence of numerous archivists from nearly all the archives of Serbia. After the break, presentations were held by experts regarding the implementation of the SRPS ISO 15489 standard; the experience and methods of implementation.
After the welcoming speech of Miladin Milošević, the Acting Director of the Archives of Yugoslavia, the introductory presentation was given by the moderator of the gathering, Mladen Vujović, archivist, President of the Commission for Information and Documentation – Archivistics (ISO Committee 46) of the Institute for Standardization of the Republic of Serbia, Assistant Director of the Nikola Tesla Museum. The guests from abroad, Dr. Vladimir Žumer from the Archives of the Republic of Slovenia and Dr. Mihail V. Larin, Director of the All-Russian Scientific and Research Institute for Documentation and Archivistics from Moscow, spoke about the implementation of the ISO 15489 standard in Slovenia and the Russian Federation respectively.
Svetlana Adžić, Head of the Information Centre of the Historical Archives of Belgrade, member of the Working Group for Drafting the Law on Archival Material and the Archival Agency of the Republic of Serbia and member of the Commission for Information and Documentation – Archivistics (ISO Committee 46) spoke of the SRPS ISO 15489 standard in the Draft of the Law on Archival Material and the Archival Agency of the Republic of Serbia; Đorđe Staničić, Secretary-General of the Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities (SCTM) presented the experience of the SCTM in shaping the documents management system based on the SRPS ISO 15489 standard. Milan Vučetić, Assistant Director of the Directorate for Legal Issues and Human Resources of the Public Company Elektroprivreda Serbia spoke of the methods of design and implementation of the ISO 15489 standard within the company. The topic of Srđan Gažević, M.A., Director, LMG Ltd., was "The Need of Permanent Revision of the Documents Management System".

Theme: Trust and access: Challenges to Managing Records and Archives in the Digital Age
Forty-second International Conference of the Round Table on Archives brought together delegates from nearly 90 countries, representatives of archival administration and national archives, presidents and some members of the ICA-sections, honorary members and observers, a total of about 270 participants. Representatives of the Archives of Yugoslavia were acting Director Miladin Milošević and senior archivist Ranka Rađenović.

Name: 20th International Archival Day
Theme: "Archival legislation" and "Web sites dedicated to archives"
The international congress the 20th International Archival Day was held in Trieste, Italy, on 11th and 12th October 2010. Traditionally, the organizer of the congress was the International Institute for Archives Science of Trieste and Maribor, and supported by the State Archives of Trieste and the Central European Initiative (CEI). The congress that gathered over 100 archival representatives was also attended by Charles Kecksemeti, the former Director-General of MAC and David Leitch, the Secretary-General of MAC.
In her paper entitled "Archives on the Internet: the Case of Serbia" the representative of the Archives of Yugoslavia, Olivera Porubović-Vidović, presented a review of the contents that the archives in Serbia offered on their sites and reviewed to what extent the criteria for quality defined by the MINEVRA project had been fulfilled.
