On Tuesday, September 23, 2025, in cooperation with the State Archives of the Republic of North Macedonia, the joint exhibition of the Archives of Yugoslavia and the Republic Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments, titled "World War I Memorials in the Funds and Collections of the Archives of Yugoslavia," was ceremonially opened at the Museum of Macedonia.
Before the official opening of the exhibition, a meeting was held at the State Archives of the Republic of North Macedonia between delegations from the Archives of Yugoslavia, the Republic Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments, and the State Archives of the Republic of North Macedonia. The delegations were led by Dr. Milan Terzić, Director of the Archives of Yugoslavia, Prof. Dr. Nataša Kotlar-Trajkova, Director of the State Archives of the Republic of North Macedonia, and Dr. Nenad Lajbenšperger, historian from the Republic Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments. The meeting was also attended by Aleksandar Knežević, Chargé d'affaires of the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in the Republic of North Macedonia.
At the exhibition opening, speeches were given by Dr. Milan Terzić, Director of the Archives of Yugoslavia, Dr. Nenad Lajbenšperger, historian from the Republic Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments, and Prof. Dr. Nataša Kotlar-Trajkova, Director of the State Archives of the Republic of North Macedonia, who officially opened the exhibition.
Following the exhibition opening, collections of documents and works by Dr. Živko Avramovski were promoted. The speakers included Dragan Teodosić, Head of the Department for the Publication of Archival Materials and Inter-archival Cooperation at the Archives of Yugoslavia, and Dr. Milan Terzić, Director of the Archives of Yugoslavia.
