The exhibition "Memorials of World War I in the fonds and collections of the Archives of Yugoslavia" was opened in the Archives of Yugoslavia

On Wednesday, November 13, 2024, in the presence of numerous guests, members of the diplomatic corps, and representatives of various cultural institutions in the Republic of Serbia, the exhibition "Memorials of World War I in the fonds and collections of the Archives of Yugoslavia" was officially opened. The exhibition was organized by the Archives of Yugoslavia and the Republic Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments. The authors of the exhibition and catalog are Dr. Nenad Lejbensperger from the Republic Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments (who also authored the expert foreword in the catalog), and Dragan Teodošić and Jelena Đurišić from the Archives of Yugoslavia.

Speeches at the opening were given by Dr. Milan Terzić, Director of the Archives of Yugoslavia; Goran Vasić, Acting Director of the Republic Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments; Dr. Nenad Lejbensperger, on behalf of the author team; and Prof. Dr. Dejan Antić, State Secretary at the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Serbia, who also officially opened the exhibition.

The exhibition will be open until November 28, 2024, on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, at the exhibition hall of the Archives of Yugoslavia, Vase Pelagića 33 (entrance from Topčiderska Zvezda).
