The visit of the Ambassador of the United Mexican States to the Archives of Yugoslavia , February 21, 2025.

Today, on February 21, 2025, His Excellency Mr. Carlos Félix Corona, Ambassador of the United Mexican States to the Republic of Serbia, visited the Archives of Yugoslavia. He was accompanied by Mr. Juan Gabriel Espejo Ceballos, Head of Economic and Business Affairs Promotion, Cultural Diplomacy, and International Cooperation, as well as Mrs. Dragana Jovanovski from the Cultural Department of the Mexican Embassy. The meeting with the Director of the Archives of Yugoslavia, Dr. Milan Terzić, was also attended by Dragan Teodosić, Head of the Department for Publishing Archival Material and Inter-archival Cooperation. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the preparation of a collection of documents titled Yugoslavia – Mexico 1924–1990, as well as future cooperation between the Archives and the Embassy, particularly in marking the 80th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries in 2026. They also discussed the possibility of signing a Memorandum of Understanding between the Archives and the Historical and Diplomatic Archive of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the United Mexican States.
