Representative of the Archives of Yugoslavia, archivist Dragan Teodosić with his paper "Codicil to the Testament of Archibald Reiss and Documentation on Archibald Reiss in the Archives of Yugoslavia" took part at the International Symposium "100 Years of Collapse of the Salonica Front" held at Bitola (Republic of Macedonia) from September 14 -16, 2018. Twenty seven participants from Serbia and Macedonia participated at the International Symposium organized by Serbian Community in the Republic of Macedonia and the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Serbia in Macedonia with the topics dealing with a relation between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Macedonia, development of Serbian schools and churches in Macedonia, relation of Serbs and Macedonians during the Balkan and the First World War… Participants were as well present on marking the 100 Anniversary of the Collapse of the Salonica Front at the Serbian Military Cemetery in Bitola on September 15, 2018. as well as on Kajmakčalan on September 16, 2018. Besides his participation at the Symposium, Dragan Teodosić together with Dr. Uroš Šešum from the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade, and Dr. Aleksandar Novakov from Matica Srpska visited State Archives of the Republic of Macedonia where Svetlana Usprcova, Head of the Department for the research, managing and publishing of the archival material, international cooperation and automatic data processing, greeted them in front of the State Archives. On that occassion publications of two Archives were exchanged.

International Archival Meeting "XI Archival Day in Subotica" with topic: "Change of Imperium 1918 through Archival Material" was held in Subotica in the City Hall conference room on September 20, 2018.
Participants from Serbia, Croatia and Hungary submitted 13 papers.
From the Archives of Yugoslavia, Svetlana Perović- Ivović, conservator adviser submitted her paper ("Protection of the Cultural Monuments in the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes"), archivists Jelena Kovacević and Marko Radovanović ("Foundation of the Kingdom of SCS through the Fonds of the Archives of Yugoslavia") and archivist Dragan Teodosić (" Establishment of Government of the Kingdom of SCS at the Territory of Bačka, Banat and Baranja 1918-1922 in the Fonds of the Archives of Yugoslavia") submitted their papers at the conference.

Representatives from the Archives of Yugoslavia, Svetlana Perović-Ivović conservator adviser, Vladimir Jekić senior archivist and archivist Jelena Kovačević with their papers: "Preservation Problem of Acid Paper on the Example of the Collection of Newspapers of the Archives of Yugoslavia" , " Technical–Technology Protection and Significance of the Archival Material of the Federal Statistical Office" and " Digitizing of Photo Archives of the News Agency TANJUG", participated at the 31st International Symposium "Archival Practice" in Tuzla (Bosnia and Herzegovina) from September 26-28, 2018. Forty speakers from Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro participated At the International Symposium organized by the Archives of Canton Tuzla. Presented papers dealt with problems and significance of office business in the system of documents management, technical technology protection of archival material and other actual questions regarding archival theory and practice. Participants of the symposium were present at the opening of the exhibition "Cetinje in the First World War" prepared by the State Archives of Montenegro..

Name: Problems of Biography of the Russian Diaspora in the Kingdom of SCS/Yugoslavia
International round table "Problems of Biography of the Russian Diaspora in the Kingdom of SCS/Yugoslavia" was organized to mark 180th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Serbia and Russia and was held in Moscow on October 2, 2018.
The Balkans and Serbia traditionally paid a special role in the history, politics and the culture of the Russian society and the state, since Serbia was one of the first countries to receive tens of thousands of the Russian political refugees during the revolutionary movements at the beginning of the XX century. Many of them found in Serbia their second homeland and died in Serbian fraternal country.
Participants of the round table organized by the House of the Russian Diaspora "Alexander Solzhenitsyn" in Moscow, Belgrade University, The Archives of Yugoslavia and the Historical Archives of the City of Belgrade discussed broad spectrum of problems of cultural penetration or/and denial within the context of the "personal history" of the Russian Emigrants of XX and XXI century at the Balkans, before all in the former Yugoslavia. Ranka Radjenović took part as well, with the paper "Novel on O. Jacobson, Member of the Serbian Academy of Science".

International Archival Conference Tara 2018 – Archives within Electronic Environment was held from October 10 – 12, 2018 in hotel "Omorika" at Tara, organized by Serbian Archival Association. Representatives of the Archives of Yugoslavia at the conference were Director of the Archives of Yugoslavia Dr. Milan Terzić, Assistant Director Dr. Branka Doknić, conservator advisor Svetalana Perović Ivović who presented the paper "Approach to Reformatting of Archival Material for the Purpose of Preventive Conservation" After formal opening of the conference, the exhibition “Kriva Drina”, author Željko Marković, senior archivist and the Director of the Historical Archives of Užice was opened.. The first session was dedicated to: "Archives in Electronic Environment – Digital Document and Digital Recording", while the topic of the second session was "Archival Service Today, Analysis of Condition, Questions, Suggestions and Solutions"
Over twenty speakers from the Archives of Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro presented their papers..

Representative of the Archives of Yugoslavia, archivist Dragan Teodosic with his presentation "Documentation and Activity of the Archives of Yugoslavia Within the Context Serbian/Yugoslav – American Relations" participated at the national conference: "United States of America within Social and Humanitarian Sciences in Serbia". The Conference was organized by the Faculty of Philosophy of Belgrade University and the Institute of Economical Sciences in Belgrade, supported by the USA Embassy in Belgrade. During two days event with five thematic units: Historiography of USA in Serbian/Yugoslavian –American Relations; Institutionalization of American Studies – Faculty of Political Sciences, Belgrade; Institutionalization of American Studies – Faculty of Philosophy, Belgrade; USA and Serbia; studies of American culture, native studies and media and USA and Serbia; Economy and Politics, 20 out of 22 papers were presented.
