In the period from October 7 to 9, 2020, an international archival conference was held in Niš, organized by the Archival Society of Serbia, and under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Serbia and in the partnership with the Historical Archives of Niš, the Archives of Serbia and the Inter-Municipal Archives of Čačak, and it brought together archivists and historians from the Republic of Serbia, Republic of Croatia, Federation of Bosnia and Hercegovina and Republika Srpska. This year's conference was called "Culture of Memory and Oblivion – Archives Guardians of Memory", within which two topics of the conference were set: Archive Service – Questions and Answers and Electronic Document and the Role in Digital Transformation.
Archivists from the Archives of Yugoslavia also took part in the conference. Archivist Dragan Teodosić presented a paper on the following topic: "Publishing and Exhibition Activities of the Archives of Yugoslavia in the Context of Research of International Relations and Foreign Policy of the Yugoslav State in the XX Century – Challenges and Perspectives" and archivists Ivana Božović and Marko Radovanović, presented a joint paper entitled "Collections of Political Emigrants in the Archives of Yugoslavia".
All papers presented at the Conference will be published in the collection of papers.
